The booty 🍑 is one of the major powerhouses of the body. Our glutes helps us when we stand, push off the ground, and gives us better balance.  When we have strong glutes every activity we do is better, running 🏃🏻‍♀️, climbing stairs, standing🕴, even walking 🚶🏻‍♀️. Our glutes are one of the largest muscle groups in the body. Why is this important? Because when we work the glutes they burn serious calories.  âš¡ï¸âš¡ï¸âš¡ï¸

One thing you hear me say at The Academy is squeeze your glutes, if we don’t have a strong butt then other muscles could suffer. It could lead to more force on our hamstrings, calves, and knees.  Which can lead to injury in those areas, or even joints and ligaments.  NO bueno!  ðŸ™ˆ
