NEW YEAR NEW CHALLENGE

[strong] One mantra I have used, especially during tough times is, I am strong. Repeat after me, I AM STRONG!  Everyone can use some strength in your life.  Do you want to feel more empowered, confident, and more self-loving? I want you to live your strongest life yet in 2018, because that is what I intend to do. 

Homework - Each day of 2018, wake up or go to bed, repeat after me: I am strong and live your life accordingly. 💛

This year, every month I will give you a new challenge, that will help you remember our end goal;  To live happier, healthier, and stronger lives.  It will be centered around the Jenergy lifestyle - Community • Health • Fitness.  

At the end of the month, you will be amazing how strong and confident you get by committing yourself to a few classes/sessions/workouts per week BOOM 💥💥

Here is to month 1 - Try a New Workout

Pick a new style of workout or movement, and commit to it 2-3 times per week, ALL month long. Something you've never done before!  Never run before?  Give yourself a goal to run 1 mile, or a timed goal.  Run without stopping for 1 mile by the end of the month. Looking for something that will help with mind-body balance?  Try YOGA!  How about working with someone new?  Do you need an idea to get you on a jump start?  Give me a ring, I can help ++++ I have One on One Training, Semi-Group/Couples, and Online plans for YOU!
