I love my smoothies for breakfast, on these COLD COLD COLD days ❄️ and YES it is SPRINGI love my steel cut oats. I make them before bed, allow them to sit overnight, and DONE! This dish is comforting and adds nutritional value to your day. Let me know what do you add into your oats?
Jenergy Overnight Oats
4 cups water
1 cup steel cut oats
Dash of sea salt
Bring the water to a boil, I love to do this in a dutch oven, you need a tight fitting lid.
Once it is boiling, add 1 heaping cup of steel cut oats. Boil and stir for 5 minutes, then turn off heat, cover and let sit overnight.

Portion into mason jars, this way you can re-heat and save on dishes. And this is your meal prep for breakfast!
