What Does Wellness Mean to You?


Wellness: the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.

Wellness is a state of mind.  For me it is finding positivity and seeing the gifts that life brings your way. I love to motivate others to find the gift in themselves.  Exercising can be fun! I can show you that exercising can be a “want” to vs. “have” to.  I love to empower others to make their own decisions and live a balanced lifestyle. One thing you will find at The Academy is a group of people who love to motivate each other!  Let’s get into a mindset of WANT TO together!!
